The short version: we don’t sell your data, we don’t share it with people you wouldn’t expect, and we only collect what we need to do our job. The long version follows — written in plain English because that’s how we like to read it too.
Effective January 2026
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive your name, your business name, and anything you write in the intake textarea. If you subscribe to the journal, we receive your email address. We use Plausible and Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful — neither tool stores anything that identifies you personally.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to send the occasional journal entry if you asked for it, and to make this website better. We don’t sell anything you give us. We don’t share it with advertising networks. We never will.
Tools that touch your data
We rely on a small handful of services to run the studio: Resend (transactional email), ConvertKit (newsletter), Cal.com (booking), Plausible and Google Analytics (web analytics), Vercel (hosting). Each one has its own privacy policy; we’ve picked tools we trust.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete anything we hold about you, at any time. Email hello@yallamarketing.co and we’ll do it within seven days.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we’ll say so on this page and date the change clearly.
