Legal
Terms.
A few ground rules for working together. We’ve tried to write these like a human, not a lawyer — but a lawyer did read them.
Effective January 2026
Who we are
Yalla Marketing is a boutique studio. When you engage us, you’re entering into a relationship with the studio entity named in your engagement letter or proposal. These terms govern the use of this website and any free consultation; the engagement letter governs paid work.
Using this site
Help yourself to anything on this site for personal reference. Don’t scrape it, republish it, or pass it off as your own. Don’t use it to do anything illegal or harmful. If you find something broken, tell us.
What we promise
We promise to do the work we said we’d do, in the timeframe we agreed to, with the care you’d expect from a boutique studio. If we miss, we’ll tell you why and we’ll make it right.
What we can’t promise
We can’t promise specific outcomes — no marketing studio honestly can. We don’t guarantee that the website information here is current to the minute, that every link is alive, or that the journal will fix your CTR. We can promise effort, judgment, and transparency. That’s the deal.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything tied to this website is limited to what you’ve paid us in the 30 days before the issue. For paid engagements, the engagement letter spells out the equivalent terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, the change is effective when posted, and we’ll update the effective date above. Material changes will be called out.
